Why I love the weekends!

I have time to cook!

When Doug and I visit a new restaurant our first question is "May we see the wine list?" And it's shortly followed by "do you offer a molten lava cake for dessert?"

We are serious, because we love them! And we know they have a special prep/make time.

I impressed myself tonight!

Bundt pan roasted chicken and vegetables, Pillsbury crescent rolls, and chocolate molten lava cake!

All eaten and enjoyed!
